Visual artist born in 1983, Villa Clara, Cuba. She studied intermediate-higher level studies from 1998 to 2002 at the Oscar Fernández Morera Academy of Fine Arts in Trinidad; stage design from 2003-2008 at the Superior Institute of Art in Havana and a Master’s degree in Art Studies from the Ibero-American University in Mexico City. Her artistic work includes four solo exhibitions and more than forty collective exhibitions, both nationally and abroad. Among the most recent: Continuous Stops (2022) in Mérida, Women in da house (2022), Docum3nta M (2022), The Pool and the Curve (2022), and Fidelidad Sonnet (2021) in Mexico City. Imán IV (2019), which took place during the National Meeting of Abstract Art at the Collage Habana Gallery, and Gestural Suggestions (2018) in Santiago de Cuba. Her work has been exhibited in Tobago, France, and the United States and has received important awards for her work in the visual arts. Her work has been included in important publications such as Abstraction in Cuban Painting (2016) by Luis García, published in the United States.
